Booking​
Booking can be made online through our website, you will then receive a confirmation email to confirm your booking date and time. Accommodation and travel costs are the responsibility of the students and will not be covered should the unlikely event of a class being cancelled occur. Only the cost of the course you are booked onto will be offered as a refund, or an alternative class date or option. Please aim to arrive on time, it is very disruptive for other students if you miss the vital initial stages of a class, such as health and safety inductions and the initial demonstrations. If you are 30 mins late or more, the tutor reserves the right to turn you away from the class.

Refunds​
We are unable to offer refunds once payment has been made under any circumstances. If you are unwell and unable to attend, we will do our best to help you find a replacement by offering your space to another student through our newsletter and also social media outlets, however it is not always possible and not our obligation. Please thoroughly check dates before booking.

Cancellations by Hove Jewellery Works
​In the unlikely event that 'Hove Jewellery Works' has to cancel a course, class or session, you will be offered a full refund, an alternative date to attend the same class or another suitable alternative. We will do our very best to provide you with notice 24 hours before the course is due to start if we foresee that the course will not be able to run.​​

​Age restrictions
The minimum age for students attending our courses is 16 and over.
Health and Safety​
Hove Jewellery Works has taken all necessary safety precautions, but as responsible adults, we kindly urge you to be attentive and cautious during the class. Please understand that Hove Jewellery Works cannot be held liable for any self-inflicted injuries that may occur during the class, as it is conducted with caution and supervision.
With this in mind, it is strongly recommended that all participants wear closed toed shoes, tie back long hair and avoid loose fitting clothing items for safety reasons. Agreement to these terms is to also to agree that the participants have no physical limitations, medical ailments, physical or mental disabilities that would limit or prevent them from participating in the above mentioned activity. Whilst every effort is made to ensure your safety such as correct tuition and safety equipment provision the participant acknowledges and understands that there are inherent dangers associated with jewellery making, soldering, heating, forming and other related activities, and that mortal or serious personal injuries and property damage, including (but not limited to) physical effort, cuts, burns, and/or inhalation of hazardous substances may occur from participation in such activities and participation is at your own risk.
Anyone suspected to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to attend and will not receive a refund. Hove Jewellery Works reserves the right to withdraw any person whose conduct is deemed detrimental, or anti social without refund. Hove Jewellery Works reserves the right to deny access or to remove any person from a class at Jewellery Workshops discretion based on our assessment of an individual’s potential risk of injury.
