Make your own silver stacking rings at Hove Jewellery Works. Join us for a fun workshop and learn how to make and texture 2 or more rings in 3 hours. This class is ideal for beginners and those who would like to refresh their jewellery knowledge. Each student will be guided through the process of making their textured stacking rings using hand tools and jewellery making equipment. Under the guidance of your experienced tutor you will learn the following skills - annealing (heating) forming (hammering, doming and shaping) soldering sizing texturing filing papering (finishing process) polishing All students will start the day with a piece of recycled eco silver wire and learn how to form, size and texture each band to create 2, 3 or 4 individual slim rings (all the same size). Please note this is an adult only class. On the Day - The class will be a duration of up to 3 hours. Our experienced tutor will guide you through each process on the path to producing your desired piece. Prior to the class we will send you a welcome letter and induction form via email. This will contain all the things you will need for the day. We look forward to meeting you.
